Of course losing weight is definitely the result people wish to see when going on a diet in the first place, but there’s no need to torture yourself without getting small rewards along the way. 8. Buy a Pair of Shoes You’ve Had Your Eye on
Why not indulge a little bit after all your hard work? You don’t have to go out and buy a new pair of shoes after every pound you lose, but it would be an excellent reward for dropping a major amount of pounds. Keep in mind that your definition of major might be different from someone else’s. It also doesn’t have to be an expensive pair of shoes either. Maybe you’ve noticed a fun pair of flip-flops that would go great with the new sarong you just purchased.
7. Go out to Eat at a Favorite Restaurant
Dieting and learning to eat healthy portions go hand in hand. You can easily treat yourself to a special meal at a favorite restaurant without overdoing it. Try eating your main meal at home first if you are worried about overeating at the restaurant. Maybe go for dessert only. You could also order just an appetizer instead of a full meal in order to limit your caloric intake.

A sparkly set of earrings, a pair of snazzy sunglasses, a sheer scarf, or a colorful set of bangles might be just the thing. Most accessories don’t cost a fortune and it’s always fun to try on a bunch of different items.
