I’m just over halfway through the 21 Day Fix, and it’s one of my favorite workout and diet regimens I’ve ever done. I’m never hungry, and there aren’t a lot of foods that are off limits. I’ve never done this workout regimen, but from what I’ve heard, it’s killer and it works. Isn’t that what we all want in the end? If you’re looking for a workout that’s extremely intense, this is definitely the one to do!

I did this juice cleanse a few months ago, and I really loved it, but it’s hard to keep up. I have a lot of digestive issues, so I loved this for giving my digestive system break. Yes, you lose a weight without exercising, but you can’t live on a juice cleanse for the rest of your life, and eventually you’ll want food again!
4. Weight Watchers
There’s a reason that this program has been along for as long as it has. It works! If you’re looking for a program that’s guaranteed to work, Weight Watchers is definitely one to try. Plus, it’s recently been backed and supported by Oprah. Who doesn’t want to be like Oprah?
If you’re someone who doesn’t like carbs, this might be a better alternative for you than Weight Watchers. However, just like Weight Watchers, it’s a program that’s been around for a long time because it works! If you’re looking for a program that will give you the results you want, you must try Atkins!
6. Paleo Diet
The paleo diet is a newer diet that people are loving. It’s similar to Atkins, but it’s more based on foods that we assume “cavemen” ate thousands of years ago. That means that you eat mostly meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. If this is something that looks like a food plan you’d like, you should definitely try this, because the weight will fall right off!
I’m not usually someone who likes prepackaged food sent to me. I prefer to eat fresh food that I’ve prepared myself.
