At the beginning, I went to the gym 3 times a week. If I don’t go to the gym, I run for 15 minutes to keep my fitness up. When I get home after the gym, I usually do weight exercises. I felt so much better. Do not avoid working out.

When I see the progress I can stop going so hard. It is difficult to continue. I just feel lazy. I don’t see other beautiful bodies. I just saw my pictures and wanted to get back to it. Sometimes people from Instagram can be helpful. It is a push for people.
5 Personal Trainer
It is really helpful to hire a personal trainer. I love my personal trainer. And I got to my size before pregnancy. It is pricey, but it is definitely worth it. If you cannot afford a personal trainer, there are many workouts online; you can get for free. You can do workouts at home instead of going to the gym. You can do whatever you like, running, walking, dancing etc. Now I am so happy to return back to my size.
