4. Buy Milk Powder Instead of Instant Drinks


Instead of buying instant drinks, which can be pretty pricey, I prefer buying drinks milk powder. I normally drink it without sugar. It is much cheaper, lasts longer and is much healthier. You can drink it in the morning together with biscuits or during tea time for some extra nutrition without all the calories. Do read the labels on the product first to make sure it aligns with your goals.
