Gentle exercise allows your body to firm up, but that also means putting on and toning up your muscles, and that can be done with protein. Increase your intake of mushrooms for protein, and eat dark green leafy vegetables for iron because as a woman you will need extra if you are working out. If you suddenly hit a wall when you are working out (for no good reason), you may need more salt in your system.
