2. Evaluate Your Lifestyle

This one is very important to the success of your diet. For instance, if you are someone who has a hectic schedule and truly does not have time to incorporate a massive workout routine into your week, then suddenly deciding to do so, will most likely be short-lived because you don't have the time to sustain that type of schedule.

Take a look at what is reasonable for your lifestyle, without taking away from your family, friends and work. Either you will need to incorporate more exercise without having to cut back as drastically on the number of calories you are taking in, or you will need to drastically cut back on the number of calories, in order to make up for the lack of ability to exercise as much.
