7. Personalized Care

Is there anything nicer than going to a spa or restaurant (or anywhere else) where it seems like you’re the most valuable client? That’s what it’s like at fitness boot camp. While you are living with the other clients for the six weeks you’re there, you’ll spend a lot of one-on-one time with the experts at the camp. They’ll work with you individually to figure out what your specific issues are, and tailor a diet and fitness regimen that will almost guarantee long-term success.
