7. The Scale Does Not Define You

It’s important to set goals, especially when it comes to weight loss, but keep in mind that the scale does not definite who you are.

Even if you don’t like the numbers on your scale, keep in mind that you are still the same amazing and talented woman, the same wonderful friend and the same fabulous lady.

To stay strong and motivated without stepping on your scale too often, keep in mind that your journey to a healthier life is a marathon, not a sprint.

Look at your body composition rather than your weight, set goals that are not weight-oriented and keep a journal to track your progress.
