Circuit training is a combination of many exercises. Instead of just doing one exercise for a longer period of time, you do a number of different exercises for a much shorter time period. Basically, you can do 5 reps of jump rope and go into a zumba workout for a few songs, then do some squats - you get the idea. This can help you get more of a complete body workout in a shorter amount of time and work many different muscles.
