While at fitness boot camp, youโ€™ll do a lot of expert-led soul-searching, alone and in group therapy, to work through these sorts of issues.

Even if you donโ€™t think you need it, the counselors are available to help you decide how to best add your new healthy habits into your regular day-to-day life.
