I’ve already mentioned that fitness boot camp isn’t just about losing weight, it’s about building a better lifestyle.

Well, that new, healthier lifestyle also includes not smoking!2

Think about it: after six weeks of not smoking (or indulging in whatever other negative health behavior you have), why would you want to start again?

Remember to consult your family doctor before you embark on any lifestyle change, but once you have the green light, research local fitness boot camps and go for it!
