This is one of the best posts. I love the marbles in the jar idea! I would have done that; however I've reached my goal and am just maintaining. (Although I found it easier to lose weight than to maintain.) What kept me motivated was to write down what I weighed every Sunday. I still do it. I also realize how happy I am wearing a size 2. I also feel like absolute crap when I have a huge snack fest! And yes, I only buy healthy foods, but even those you gotta have control with.
