As you embark on your fitness journey you will have your ups, down and middle ground. There will be days you coast along with your egg whites and healthy grains and other days you need to have an inner pep talk to refocus. And it may not be easy but it will be worth it. You will have moments of satisfaction as you fight the urge to give into a craving and struggle where it is hard to say no to your downfall food. Some days you may feel like you are on a roller coaster and the ride sure is bumpy but hang in there. But if you believe in yourself and have a good support system you will find the journey much easier.

As your family members watch your determination as you transform your life they begin to make changes as well. They all clean up their eating and get rid of their bad eating habits as a result of your efforts. It has become a team effort in a sense and this support is truly invaluable to your success!
5. Friends
Supportive friends will not push you to head to the ice cream shop and understand when you say no to dessert. They will be glad to spend an afternoon exercising and be fine bonding over tea instead of an alcoholic beverage. They are into helping you to succeed on your weight loss journey. 6. Fitness Friends
As you frequent the gym on a regular basis, Bootcamp or another workout class; you may find yourself bonding with the other fitness enthusiasts. You have a common ground as you are all there for the same reason to better your fitness. So spend a few minutes to chat with the person next to you on the treadmill or weight section. Show your support and I guarantee it will be returned.

Look in the mirror and check out that amazing person. Like what you see? Perfect because you better love yourself at where you are at today and know tomorrow you will be transformed further. If you allow yourself to change and take steps each day, you will be your own best support. Stop wishing, tart doing and be ready to make change for the better of your health.
