She really does not deprive herself. Like all the experts say, a whole lot of water and enough healthy food throughout the day is the way to go. Daily servings of bacon, chicken, pepperoni, etc., even a scoop of ice cream at night, and flatbread pizza once a week! Again, a lot of water.
I know she has inspired me. Since this past Christmas, I have gained 15 pounds. I am not happy about this weight gain. But, if she can lose over 200 pounds, I know I can lose weight too.
So, the next time you get down on yourself, dust yourself off and think of the above video. If she can do it... so can you!
