I’m never hungry, and there aren’t a lot of foods that are off limits. Plus, after a few days, you really don’t want those foods that are off limits! The workouts are also great and perfect for the people who don’t have a lot of time.

There's one Major Major problems with those systems like weight watcher and such. It is you should be eating to fuel and nourish your body not processed food for every meal that's not healthy. You also need exercise to prevent disease and live a long healthy life

NEVER DO THE ATKINS DIET!! It's so unhealthy. Yes, you'll lose weight, but you won't have the necessary carbs to survive. You'll hardly be able to wake up in the morning you'll be so weak. Carbs=energy Carbs are not bad for you!!!

Weight watchers works 100% iv lost 2 stone 8 pounds in 7 months and feel great. It's a healthy lifestyle change rather than a quick fix diet 😃 try it I swear ye won't regret it 😃

Just me who doesn't believe Weight Watchers work? My cousin lost over two stone in six months whereas my sister lost 2 stone in 2&1/2 month?
