Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

I had never thought of having a non-exercise orientated goal. I am starting training for a 14k run coming up in August and so was fixated on the exercise orientated goals of being able to finish a 5 k run without dying. A non-exercise orientated goal is like giving yourself a big hug.
