My list of weight loss foods that work all taste great, and are rich in vitamins, antioxidants and fiber. So make sure you include these foods in your daily meal plan.

They can be enjoyed in a salad, morning omelet, or as part of your dinner. However you prepare them, just make sure you include this veggie into your meal plan so you can have these health benefits!

2. Cauliflower

Cauliflower Cauliflower is great because it is packed with folate, fiber, Vitamin C and is full of cancer-fighting antioxidants. Cauliflower can be enjoyed raw, mashed, steamed - or however else you choose!

I enjoy dipping raw broccoli in fresh dip or steaming and preparing healthy low sodium spin of the Chinese takeout of chicken and broccoli! Broccoli is my favorite veggie because of its health benefits and its great taste!

Spinach Spinach is referred to as the "strong" vegetable, not just because Popeye ate this for strength, but due to the high amount of iron, folic acid and fiber it is packed with. Served raw, spinach is high in vitamin C, but if you overcook spinach most of its nutrients will be wasted. To avoid losing its high nutritional content I recommend eating spinach raw or steaming it. You can enjoy spinach in your morning shake, in a salad, as a side dish or the star in any of your meals.
