1 Distractions
Have your meals without distractions. For example, no television! When distracted, you are going to mindlessly eat, not realizing how much you are consuming.
2 Speed
Eat slowly! If you eat fast, you are going to be thinking "Is that all?"
3 Water
Sometimes what may seem like hunger is your body crying out for water!
4 Sugar
Avoid sugary drinks as they are empty calories.
5 Protein
Makes one feel fuller.
Do all of these without exercise and you are going to see results!
