I know we all dread them but it's one of the top tips for slimmer legs, trust me on this. Challenge yourselves with the month long Squat Challenge! By the end of the month, you'll have toned thighs and also a perky butt! Just imagine how good you'll look in those skinny jeans.
2. Lunges
It's not the most fun, I have to admit, but it's the absolute best thing to go with squats. Get the maximum out of your glutes workout by doing both! It doesn't take a lot of time, and you can basically do it wherever you want... I promise the soreness will pay off.

There's just so many benefits to this - you can do it indoors on a treadmill or outdoors while getting in touch with nature - it's so versatile! Beginners can start out slow and steady. Water aids in digestion which will help with weight loss. It's also the best way for detox and to clear complexion. The general guideline would be to drink ½ ounce of water per pound body weight. So if you weigh 140 pounds, you should drink 70 ounces of water each day.
8. Stay Away from Highly Processed Food
Take some time to read nutrition labels before purchase, and not just the calories, guys! You'll be surprised to find out how much refined sugar and unhealthy fat it actually contains. Goodbye, curly fries. *Sobs* And if all else fails...
9. Wear High Heels
It's really the simplest way to slimmer legs. By making you look taller, it gives an illusion of a vertical stretch. It's a good way to tone those calves as well. Be sure to choose some comfy ones though; you won't want to end up with sore feet.
