3. Mushroom Extract

For a snack, mix Maitake Mushroom Extract at 10 to 20 drops with water. The extract kills cravings. This extract may be found online or in health stores for $20.00.

5. Glucomannan

For dinner, Glucomannan may be used on soups or salads. However, Dr. Oz suggests mixing with water 1/2 hour before meal-time. Glucomannan stops hunger and may be found online or in health stores for around $8.00.

All-in-all, $43.00 may seem like a lot of money, but think of all the money we spend on doctor visits, prescription drugs, weight loss programs, etc., due to health problems that are weight-related. The above plan by Dr. Oz is easy and doable.
