one of my tips is think of someone your losing weight for that's not yourself and whenever you reach for something unhealthy, or are having trouble motivating yourself to go to the gym, just think of them and you will put that cookie down and go to the gym, its still great to have the mindset that your losing the weight for yourself, though, because that's who it should mainly be for, but another person boosts the motivation.

I try to think of my workouts as "me" time rather than excercising. Like something I get to do for myself, rather than just a chore. Also I think about future me (after I've run a marathon) giving me a hug. I also pray and thank God for all the blessings in my life, like when my legs hurt and I want to stop I thank God that my legs are strong and healthy!
