1. Add the Incline
Simply adding incline on your treadmill or your outdoors walk can help you to burn more calories. This incline will also target your glutes and hamstrings even more, so bring on the burn. You will most certainly feel accomplished the next day, as your muscles will be sore!!
2. Pick up the Pace
Increase the speed by picking up the pace. If you are indoors set the dial higher on the treadmill and pump your arms. Sometimes the best motivation to pick up your pace is calling on a friend for support and a little competition. If you exercise with someone quicker than you, naturally you will pick up the pace so you can keep up. So call up your quick besties and just move!
