It contains an antioxidant called maempferol that researchers found help prevent ovarian cancer. If you can help to prevent cancer by eating this leafy green, why wouldn’t you eat it? Eat for your health because you are worth it!
Did you know kale in high in fiber, low in calories and has no fat? One cup of kale has a nominal 40 calories, 5 grams of fiber and 0 grams of fat. It is great for helping speed the digestion process and make it more efficient due to its great fiber content. And this is a great weight loss food so make sure you add this to your food intake! It’s also filled with so many nutrients, vitamins, folate and magnesium.
Strengthen your bones and lower your risk of osteoporosis by eating kale. Did you know that kale has more calcium in it than milk? This leafy green can help prevent bone loss and maintain a healthy and efficient metabolic rate. So for stronger bones, make sure you eat plenty of kale!
