As a personal trainer, I have helped clients to see the vast impact that healthy nutrition has on their workouts and waistline, and kale is one of the wondrous vegetables. Kale has done wonders for my health and it can positively impact your health as well. Here are the reasons you should eat kale that you’re probably not aware of:

If you place fresh kale leaves on a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees you will make the best tasting, healthy kale chips.
