Great list! Remember this is a SNACK...she's not saying these are the meals you should eat. Nothing in this post screams "scared of calories or carbs"

I love this list. Thanks Neecey! I have multiple chronic illnesses that require me to really monitor what I eat. I eat many of the snack listed here. Another fave snack/dessert of mine that wasn't listed is 4 medium fresh strawberries, cut and 1 TBSP of Reddi Whip...in total it's about 20 calories and 1 carb exchange

Great post! I already eat popcorn as a snack but I will soon buy a popcorn maker since air popcorn is healthier

A number of these are high in sugar percentage in terms of calorie composition. Aren't snacking supposed to hold the appetite not provoke it? Highly skeptical... Especially of the apples and grapes.

This is so bad! Don't be scared of calories and carbs either! You NEED them. They are your friends. Those will keep you full and satisfied, and banish your cravings. Eat a LOT of good carbs and calories following a diet of minimal to none animal products and you'll be healthy and lean and will be able to eat as many calories as you want as long as they are healthy ones.
