4. Your Body is Used to Your Exercise Routine


We can get really comfortable in our exercise routines and so can our bodies. While it’s great to find an exercise you love, you may have to switch it up in order to keep getting results. You might even have to work out a bit harder. For example, you may need to switch from a 20 minute walk to a 30 minute jog. Even a simple switch like going changing the dvd you workout to can make a difference.
