I know, water doesn’t taste like anything. But it’s natural and ultimately the elixir of life. Diet sodas have chemicals in them that can harm your body and are worse to have than regular soda itself! Water clears up your system and keeping hydrated helps you during the day and during your workouts. Also, keep in mind that it helps clear acne. This doesn’t mean you need to drink gallons of water every day because that can damage your body. You have to drink water according to your body weight.
