There are a lot of hot bodies in Hollywood, bodies belonging to men and women alike, and although attaining that kind of perfection might seem like an impossible pipe dream, I promise you that there are many ways to get a hot Hollywood body. A lot of those ways are even easier than you might expect. Think of your favorite stunning Hollywood starlets, women like Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz, and every other tight, toned, sizzling celebrity you can imagine. If you want to stun like that, here are just some of the ways to get a hot Hollywood body like your favorite silver screen vixen.
1. Be Grateful for Exercise
What? I know, this sounds a little crazy, but it really is one way to get a hot Hollywood body. See, it's all about your frame of mind. You can't start thinking that exercise is some kind of chore, something to trudge through. Instead, try to feel grateful that you have time to exercise, that you have enough time during your busy day to really take care of your body. If you consider it a privilege instead of a chore, it will be easier to workout regularly.
2. Hold Yourself Accountable
You need to be accountable for everything you eat. No one is standing behind you, threatening to kill your loved ones if you don't eat that gooey hot fudge sundae. If you're an emotional eater, you have to hold yourself responsible for that, too; don't use it as an excuse. Start a food journal, try to learn about and exercise portion control, and be aware of how many calories you're eating without becoming obsessive.
3. Hold onto Your Virtue
What I mean by this is that you have to be virtuous. Don't keep putting off your workout. If you get it over and done with in the morning, for instance, then you'll feel proud of yourself the rest of the day. That, in turn, will help inspire you the next morning.
4. Rejoice in What You've Got
You're not Angelina Jolie or Victoria Beckham or Emma Watson. You're you and you have to love what you have. You'll never find the perfect way to get a hot Hollywood body because there is no perfect way, there's no magic involved. You have to appreciate what you have right now, and improve it only to please yourself. You have to want to be a better you – you can't want to be someone else.
5. Have a Kettlebell

6. Set Attainable Goals
If your goal is, “I want to look like Jessica Alba,” you need a new goal. The goals you set when you're trying to get fit have to be realistic. You can't lose 30 pounds in a week or even, necessarily, a month, you can't cut your calories down to 700 a day, and you can't make yourself physically look like a Hollywood starlet. Set healthy, attainable goals, and when you make them, set some more.
7. Do Jack Squat
That being said, one sure way to get a hot Hollywood body is to do a lot of squatting. Squats even beat the Buns of Steel workout when it comes to giving you a sexy butt! Your legs will look incredible too, and you won't have to spend a ton of money at the gym.
8. Work inside-out
If you're not healthy inside, you won't be healthy outside. If you don't feel beautiful inside, you'll never feel beautiful outside. You have to nourish and enrich your mind as well as your body. Otherwise, you'll never really be happy with yourself.
