7 Ways to Build Your Confidence ...

I have many ways to build your confidence and help you to be proud of who you are. As a mom of three, business owner and avid exerciser, I feel more confident in the person I am today even more than when I was younger. I wish I had the knowledge that I have now in building confidence. And with my tips I will help you to feel the same. The key to building your confidence is looking at a deeper aspect of who you are as an individual and accentuating the positive, eliminating the negative. Also, if you are able to look at life in a positive way, you will be more successful. Keep your head up, smile and enjoy reading my ways to build your confidence! 1. Identify Your Strengths and Eliminate Your Weaknesses

We all have our strengths and our weaknesses, but it is important to identify both and focus on making positive changes to eliminate your weaknesses. For example, if you find yourself shy around new people, you should try to come out of your comfort zone by talking to new people. Making positive changes is one of the best ways to build your confidence.

2. Stand Tall

If you focus on having better posture and stand tall as if you are a model walking the runway, you will appear thinner and more confident. So tighten your core, stand or sit up straight and in turn you will feel more confident to just be you!

3. Smile Your Way to Success

Start your day with a smile and let positivity lead the way. If you smile and are positive, studies show you will have more successes and be more confident. People that are happier tend to accomplish more in life so smile away to a happier day!

4. Make Sure You Exercise

Just by exercising alone, you will feel more confidence in yourself and you will feel better both mentally and physically. You will also have improved health measures and you will look even better! So make sure you get a daily workout in!

5. Eat Healthy

Just by eating your fruits and vegetables each day, you will have more energy and feel more confident in yourself. You are worth eating healthy because you deserve to have more energy and better health. Making healthy decisions is a very confident and cool thing to do!

If you lend a hand to others in need, you will build your confidence. Helping others shows a lot about your personality and this demonstrates a great trait, selflessness. There is no better trait than being selfless because this is putting others ahead of you. And there is nothing better than helping someone in need; it is the right thing to do.
