2. Stick with the 70/30 Rule
I live by the 70/30 rule which consists of eating 70% clean eating and 30% snacks, or one cheat day a week. This does not mean you should go overboard, but you can enjoy your favorite animal cookies, or a slice of extra cheese pizza, or even your favorite flavored ice cream. By living life in moderation you will stay on your healthy lifestyle plan without feeling deprived!
