As a veggie lover, I try to eat as many different types of vegetables as possible. Salads are cool and all but I can’t eat them all day every day! Snow peas are slightly sweet, crisp and make the perfect addition to a stir fry! Snow peas have protein, vitamin C, manganese and iron. Try eating them raw as a snack or steam them as a side dish.
