as much as i hated these cliche quotes a year ago when i first began my fitness journey, today they mean so much more to me. a year ago i would read these quotes looking for motivation all day on pinterest, never actually working out. after losing 30 pounds i know i have more to go but also winter has made me a bit lazier, reviewing this quotes really does help put things into perspective and remind me how satisfying it was to drop 30lbs. makes me want go out right now and finish my last 20!
