1 Tuna Sandwich
One of my top lunches for weight loss is a tuna sandwich! Having tuna sandwiches since childhood, this lunch brings plenty of memories of lunch with mom. She always made this for me and now I make this meal for her. I enjoy albacore tuna mixed with a teaspoon of light mayo or 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, a dash of oregano, minced onions and minced celery. After I fully mix this, I put this on 2 slices of whole wheat bread and enjoy for just 370 calories!
2 Pizza on a Wrap
Lately I cannot get enough of this lunch because it just tastes that good! I put a light layer of marinara sauce on a whole wheat wrap, lightly cover with skim cheese and dice red peppers or onions to add some extra flavor! This homemade pizza is plenty filling and you can enjoy it for only 190 calories.
3 Grilled Chicken Wrap
Grilled chicken wraps are great because they are low in fat and calories and high in protein. I like to grill a 6 ounce breast of chicken. For a marinade, I squeeze a lemon over the chicken and sprinkle with minced fresh basil. After the chicken is fully cooked I dice the chicken and put in a whole wheat wrap. I then sprinkle with lettuce, minced tomatoes and a dash of skim cheese. Enjoy for just 350 calories!
4 Chopped Salad
This is a regular lunch on my meal plan and also great for entertaining at parties. To make chopped salad, finely chop spinach and romaine lettuce, tomatoes, a green pepper and mix well. Add a teaspoon of chopped walnuts for your much needed Omega 3s and there you have a fine salad! If you love dressing, you can add a tablespoon of light balsamic dressing! Enjoy for just 270 calories!
5 Veggie Sandwich
Veggie sandwiches are great for lunch, especially if you marinate your veggies. I make my own Italian dressing but you can also purchase a low sodium version at the store. I then marinate red peppers, a Portobello mushroom and zucchini. I then grill or pan sear and lay these veggies on 2 slices of wheat bread or dice them and place them in a whole wheat wrap. To add extra zest, put a light layer of cheddar cheese on your veggie sandwich and enjoy for just 290 calories!

7 Mushroom Lettuce Wraps
This popular Chinese dish now leads menus of many chains. You can make mushrooms the main part of this dish or chicken. Either way enjoy eating the healthy way and enjoy 3 pieces of large lettuce or bib lettuce with carrot straws, skim shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and onions. Saute1 cup of mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of olive oil or grill them and enjoy these delicious wraps for your next meal. Enjoy a serving of 4 small lettuce wraps for just 330 calories!
