3. Substitute Sweet Snacking with a Fruit or Vegetable Dish

All those chocolates and cakes are nothing but problems for your body. You can change your regular snacking with a vegetable dish you can prepare (with your favourite vegetables) or you can do the same with a fruit dish.

If you donโ€™t have time to make the dish, grab an apple and a glass of water instead of that slice of pizza.

Most times if you feel like you are hungry, drinking a glass of water is all you need. Also, you can flavour your water for more health benefits with a few slices of lemon and cucumber (power weight loss elements).
