How It Actually Feels when You Think You Are Fat ...

The girls on social media saying “I’m so ugly” or “I’m fat” don’t mean what they say. Here’s how it really feels to think you are fat.

1 YOU SWITCH SIDES

One day you might think you're so skinny and you don’t have to worry about anything. Then the next day you see a model or a photo that changes your mind and you decide you're fat again.

Frequently asked questions

2 YOU START to BELIEVE YOURSELF THAT YOUR FAT

Once you have that idea in your head that “you're fat” or you're “too skinny” it’s hard to get it out. Eventually you start believing you are truly fat. You may be as skinny as a piece of paper, then look in the mirror and see yourself as fat.

3 YOU CONSTANTLY SEEK OTHERS VALIDATION

You end up going to your mom, friends, BFF, whoever you can to ask “am I fat” or “do I look ugly” and no matter who says what, it changes nothing.

4 YOU START DIETING to the POINT ITS UNHEALTHY

You start dieting. You barely eat, and barely drink. You then start to stop eating and drinking and can even get sick. This is called anorexia.

5 YOU GET BETTER, but

You may eventually recover and be ok, but whenever you eat, or whenever someone brings it up and you remember, you can instantly go back into that part of mind.

THREE WAYS TO SPOT A FAKE:
Everyone wants attention, just others desperately find any way to get attention. Here’s how you can tell apart from a fake and an actual person with anxiety.

1 THEY POST IT ONLINE

Any girl who posts on their Snapchat story or on IG saying something like “I’m so fat” or “I’m so ugly actually” or “my anxiety is starting again” it’s a fake. Actual people with anxiety worry about everything. Posting it online is fake, nobody shares if they have anxiety.

2 THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM in PUBLIC and NO WORRIES

If someone complains that they are “fat” and then the next day you see them eating hot Cheetos or stuffing their mouth with food, they’re fake. But once they get home, it’s back to anxiety.

3 THEY CONSTANTLY TALK about HOW THEY HAVE ANXIETY

If they keep on talking about how they have “anxiety” or how they’re “fat”, then they are probably fake or are just WAY too obsessed with having anxiety, which isn’t how anxiety works.
