3. Never Miss Two in a Row

Habits are formed through regularity and repetitiveness, so it is vital that whatever activities you put into place as part of your weight loss plan, you always do them more than two days in a row. Obviously, the more days in a row, the better, but the most important thing is that you never just do something once and never again. That is the opposite of a habit!
