2. Invent Consequences

If there are no consequences for not completing your weight loss tasks, then you are more likely to slip up - a lot. Come up with a set of punishments. For example, if you don’t go to the gym at least three times a week, you are not allowed to catch up on your favourite show at the weekend. Or if you don’t eat that salad for lunch, then you have to walk home to make up for it.
