8. Squats


Squats are a great way to work your body into shape and also lose weight! They increase your muscle mass, which increases your metabolism and helps you burn calories! You gain muscle in relatively all areas of your lower body by doing squats, which in turn will help you lose weight quicker (and get a nice booty, too). It's recommended to do at least 3 sets with 15 reps a day.
