You’d be surprised just how many empty calories you consume from drinking different drinks. If you’re someone who loves artificial juices or gourmet coffee lattes from Starbucks, you’re probably wasting a lot of calories on drinks. If you want to lose weight, sometimes you need to change what you’re drinking. Make these drink changes to your daily routine for weight loss that will seem almost instantaneous. It can be hard to give up those drinks that you love so much, but trust me on this one. Not only will you lose weight, but you will also feel so much healthier than ever before, because you’re hydrating your body in a way that helps it function, not slows it down.

1. Hot Water with Lemon

If you’re someone who loves coffee with creamer in the morning, make a conscious effort to switch to hot water with lemon at least two or three days a week. Believe me, I know this is a tough sacrifice, but you’ll notice such a great difference in your weight and your overall health level. You’ll feel great, not just look great!

The properties in mint tea encourage weight loss in a similar way that it does in green tea, but the taste is just a little bit more palatable.
