Comments
Misty: I needed this!
Sheryl: Yes...all the fruit (including the grapes) have "natural" sugar. These are really great ideas...thanks 😊
Whitney: Very delicious and yummy 50 snacks to eat
Kyra: Starting my diet soon. Surely this will help! ☺️❤️
Paola: This is so bad! Don't be scared of calories and carbs either! You NEED them. They are your friends. Those will keep you full and satisfied, and banish your cravings. Eat a LOT of good carbs and calories following a diet of minimal to none animal products and you'll be healthy and lean and will be able to eat as many calories as you want as long as they are healthy ones.
Meowoof: A number of these are high in sugar percentage in terms of calorie composition. Aren't snacking supposed to hold the appetite not provoke it? Highly skeptical... Especially of the apples and grapes.
Danyele: Great list! Remember this is a SNACK...she's not saying these are the meals you should eat. Nothing in this post screams "scared of calories or carbs"
Keyanna: Really needed this
HaillynFlores: Oh, and also some of the foods listed here are not available here in the Philippines and some are just pricey.
Tabitha: I'm gonna have to try this thanks ☺️☺️☺️☺️
