A number of these are high in sugar percentage in terms of calorie composition. Aren't snacking supposed to hold the appetite not provoke it? Highly skeptical... Especially of the apples and grapes.

Oh, and also some of the foods listed here are not available here in the Philippines and some are just pricey.

Great post! I already eat popcorn as a snack but I will soon buy a popcorn maker since air popcorn is healthier
