Fancy Coffee Drinks Can Be Bad

Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

I believe anything is worth giving up for the body you want or for health purposes in general.

This is moronic shit. The fatass/failed dieter must not understand the concept of moderation lol

Are you actually serious? Peanut butter? The high protein snack? This article was written by someone who has literally dieted and failed a billion times and is now blaming certain foods. It's Not the food! It's the amount of it!

The protein bars remind me of Mean Girls!😂

Peanut butter a no no??? 😰

I eat quest bars everyday and I'm not overweight so...

Honey Claire: It's not the amount. It's the food.

This article has too many generalizations that are wrong. Lean cuisine had come up with some new really healthy dinners. Too hot to run the stove a eat one that is chicken, and veggies. Low fat, sodium and carbs and totally yummy. There are low sugar granola bar and I have found a few power bars that are low fat and totally healthy. Also found a south beach diet peanut butter bar that has only 4 grams of fat. Yes I agree on eating fruit and veggies but if u want something different there are choices out there u just have to do the research.

This is all true. Thanks for reminding us. Packaged foods should generally be avoided for good health.

I absolutely love cheesecake!!!
