If you want a grand slam body, why not start running? Running is a great cardiovascular workout that will help you to lose weight, strengthen and tone. I have trained countless clients to reshape their body by simply running. So start simple and just run!

2. Biking

Notice the cyclists going steadily along the road with speed and purpose? Why not join the biking crew and invest in a hybrid bike to get in your best shape. You can go to a local major store and begin with a cheaper bike to make sure you enjoy the sport before you make a large investment. Biking burns mega calories and works your total body, particularly the legs!

Envious of the shoulders on the girl next to you? Don’t be surprised if she tells you that she is a swimmer. Swimmers have the best shoulders because of the stroke work that they do.
