How can raising your legs help tone your tummy?

Trust me, it works.

Sit on a flat bench with your arms behind you for support, then raise your legs (bend your knees on the way up) to tummy-level.

Squeeze your abs, then slowly lower your legs.

Don’t let your feet touch the floor!

Repeat for 3 sets of 20.
