Your “Fat” Clothes Can Go

Hanging on to clothing that you pull out when your weight creeps up makes it more likely that you won’t resist when you should be. Toss all those larger clothes and chances are you’ll be much more motivated to stay on track. After all, who wants to go back out and buy bigger clothes when they’re trying to lose weight? Make sure you have clothes that fit you, but get rid of them as you get smaller and smaller.
