Kristin’s Fruity Smoothie

One of our readers, Kristin, shared her favorite weight loss smoothie recipe with us, “I use frozen blueberries and peaches with a banana, non fat yogurt, vanilla soy protein and a little water.

It’s my breakfast in the morning, or I leave the protein powder out and have it as a snack later in the day.” Thanks for sharing Kristin… this sounds delicious!

Recipe:

1 frozen banana

1 cup of frozen peach slices

1/4 cup of frozen blueberries

1/2 cup of non-fat yogurt

1 tablespoon of vanilla soy protein (optional)

1 tablespoon of water

Put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
