Pineapple Smoothie

Four ingredients, one smoothie that aids in weight loss!

This one is so easy, and the pineapple is wonderfully refreshing.

It's tart and sweet at the same time, it's just perfect!

Recipe:

1 of cup skim milk

4 ounces canned pineapple chunks, with the juice

1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil

6 ice cubes

Put the milk, pineapple, and ice into the blender and blend until smooth, then add the flaxseed oil.
