3. The Lettuce Wrap

As the weather gets warmer it is great to have quick sandwiches so you spend less time in the kitchen and more time outside enjoying the warm weather.

Avoid a carbohydrate energy crash by kicking your standard two slices of bread to the curb and instead wrapping your sandwich ingredients in a romaine lettuce.

To jazz up your lettuce wraps you can add mushrooms, peppers, onions and whatever else is healthy and tastes great!
