My favourite fitness hack is take a walk come rain or shine. The best way to fit this in a busy day especially if you're on your way to work is to get off the bus a few stops early. Then walk at a fast pace holding your stomach in, chin and neck up. I've been doing this for 1 month without fail and have dropped a dress size. My thighs especially are slimmer as I get in to my jeans with ease now. Just remember feel the burn and finish off with a nice cold bottle of water when you reach your destination.

For me i focus on gaining muscle mass instead of losing weight on the scale, because when you get a higher muscle mass your metabolism increases while getting stronger and leaner and the fat will fragile in no time, So i focus on eating the right food especially proteins after my resistance training, good luck

I love doing calf stretches when I'm standing in line at any store or whenever I'm giving a speech in front of the class. The burn in my legs take my mind off being nervous lol.

Fitness Hack: Create your own television workout game instead of a television drinking game. Replace the drinking with push-ups, bridges, whatever you want! There's no wrong way to do it and you have so much fun! It'll have you fit in no time, especially if you binge watch TV shows like it's nobody's business!

My most favorite fitness hack is portion control and mindful eating. You can eat anything you want but in moderation and enjoying each bite. For example, if you are craving for cheesecake, take a little piece, put it in your mouth and savor it. Just visualize that your taste bud is happy and smiling. And then drink some water and feel good about it. It may sound weird in the begin in but once you get a hang of it, it really works.

Drink a cup of coffee 30 minutes prior to working out, gives you more endurance! Then water the rest of the day! Eat right goes a long way!

When doing a workout I feel my stomach to see if its cold, if it is then it means your body is ready to start burning fat.
