With summer already upon us, some of us might still not feel comfortable enough to wear sleeveless tops, all due to that pesky underarm fat that doesn’t seem to go away with anything we try.

It’s time to take action, get rid of the underarm fat for good and boost your confidence with the following exercises.
1. Lateral Plank Walk
First things first, get into a plank position!
Make sure your hands extend underneath your shoulders and your body is in a straight line.
Now cross your right hand toward the left as you step your left foot out to the left, and then place your left hand and right foot to the left, quickly returning to the original plank position.
Take three to five steps in one direction and come back to your original position.
Make sure to repeat a few sets of these!
