Also known as the caveman diet. If the caveman didn’t eat it then either can you. This means you can’t eat anything you couldn’t hunt or gather from way back in the day. You aren’t limited on calories since this is a healthier way of getting them and there aren’t additives in the natural food you are consuming. If this diet is done correctly, you can lose weight and build muscle.
